Expect a response from your e-mail within 24 hours. Please include your name, the dates on which you wish to stay and the room you would like to stay in. Please do not include credit card information in e-mail, as it is not secure.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a one-night deposit is required to secure your booking. You may cancel your booking at any time before 7 days before your due arrival date without forfeiting your deposit.

Bank deposit

If you are travelling from elsewhere in Australia, you may deposit funds directly into our bank account using your own Internet banking facilities. Please use your surname and first name initial on the transaction description so that we know who has made the deposit.
